What is Programming?

Why learn programming?

There are many reasons to include programming in students’ training. Because of its structured logic, it stimulates critical reasoning, problem-solving and creativity. Furthermore, it promotes analytical thinking and mental organization, essential skills for different areas of knowledge.

In short, programming opens doors to academic and professional opportunities, as the global market values those who master this language. In fact, familiarity with technology has become a competitive advantage in university selection processes.

How it works at the FCA?

At FCA, students participate in interactive classes and projects focusing on languages such as Python, HTML and JavaScript. The contents are organized into progressive modules, which respect the pace of each student. Activities include challenges, educational games and mini-system development.

During the semester, students also participate in collective projects, which require collaboration and practical application of the concepts learned. This way, the teaching process gains more meaning and engagement.

How to participate?

Any student enrolled in FCA programs can join programming classes. It is not necessary to have previous experience, as the initial content covers the fundamentals. The school provides the equipment and pedagogical guidance necessary for everyone to progress safely.

Stay tuned for updates

Programming tools and languages are constantly evolving. Therefore, the FCA updates its materials regularly. To keep up with these news, simply follow the official announcements and talk to the pedagogical team. This way, the student will always have access to the most current and relevant content.
