Single Room

The single room offers students the chance to have their own space during their stay in Canada. This option is ideal for those who value privacy, silence and an exclusive environment to study and rest. At Fredericton Christian Academy (FCA), this type of accommodation is part of the alternatives available in educational programs.

What is a Single Room?

Single room benefits

Living in a single room has important advantages. Firstly, the student gains more control over their space and routine. Because of this, he is able to better organize study time, rest and personal tasks. Furthermore, privacy favors concentration and reduces possible distractions.

Another positive point is emotional comfort. Because, by having their own environment, the student feels more welcomed, especially during the adaptation period in a new country. In short, it is a choice that offers well-being and tranquility.

Relationship with FCA programs

FCA offers single rooms in certain programs, such as the 5-month High School and the Mini High School. These rooms are located within student residences and have the same standard of security, supervision and structure offered to other students.

Due to high demand, it is necessary to book in advance. There are specific criteria for room allocation, defined by the team responsible for the accommodation. This way, each student can have a personalized experience adapted to their profile.

Single room structure

Each room includes a bed, study table, wardrobe and internet access. In addition, there are common spaces in the residences that complement the routine, such as shared kitchens, laundry rooms and leisure areas.

It is important to remember that, even living alone, the student participates in collective activities and interacts with other FCA colleagues. This ensures a balance between autonomy and coexistence.

How to request a single room?

To request a single room, the first step is to enrol in one of the FCA programs. The family must then inform the responsible team of their interest in individual accommodation. Service is provided via official WhatsApp or institutional email.

It is recommended to start this process as soon as possible, as places are limited and filled in the order of request. This increases the chances of securing the ideal room for the student’s profile.
